How to Reserve a Session
Please see the full list of available sessions above. Click on the link next to “Click Link to Reserve Space:” to view the individual session information. Enter the appropriate information and click the “Send your booking” button. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

*** Workouts are limited to 45 minutes because that is the upper limit for testosterone and growth hormone production. After the 45 minute mark results suffer because overproduction of the stress hormone, cortisol (which eats muscle tissue and leads to the storage of bodyfat) takes over. If you are out of shape and can not finish in 45 minutes that’s fine. You will get better conditioned in time and will be able to complete your workout in the proper time. If you still have sets remaining after the 45 minute mark, your workout will still end because training past 45 minutes is extremely counterproductive.
***All members are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to workout time. If you show up late you may not be allowed to train on that day as it would be unfair to those who care enough to arrive on time.
